Key Accountability
Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively
Understand and resolve customer complaints
Provide service related information & solutions for customers
Basic Qualifications
Qualification : GCE (O/L) OR (A/L) with minimum pass in Mathematics & English or Call center experience
Excellent soft skills; able to communicate in English, Sinhala (Tamil would be a definite advantage)
Ideal job for school leavers, following higher studies, etc
Customer service experience is an added advantage
Flexible to work on shifts & weekend will be a definite advantage
Candidates close to Colombo 00600 and Malabe within 20km radius will be provided with company transport (Condition Apply)
Salary Packages; Upto 30,000/- Take Home Salary
