Customer Service Executive – Female
Responsibilities
Answer calls professionally to provide information about Products and Services
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as action taken Process orders, forms and applications.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
Requirements
Age below 30
Good Communication Skills
Good Interpersonal Skills
Experience as a Customer Care Executive will be an added advantage
Ability to listen and active problem – solving skills
Ability to handle pressure
Understanding the customer requirements
Successfully completed G.C.E A/Level in Commerce stream
Excellent computer skills
