HR Executive – Talent Engagement
Job Profile

Executing employee engagement actives
Communicate HR policies to employees
Conduct induction / policy awareness session
Conduct organization development activities
Implement communication initiatives as per guidelines
Employee grievance handling
Organize CSR / special activities
Manage exit process
Preparation of Management reports

Personal & Skills Profile
Professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution (Completed / Part Qualification)
Should be below 30 years of age and should possess a minimum of 02 years woke experience in HR
Good verbal communication skills, interpersonal relation skills and computer literacy (MS office) . Being able to converse in Tamil would be an added advantage
Being able to work extended hours as and when required
