Job Role

Processing of monthly payroll and statutory payment related to EPF & ETF, Gratuity.

Handling Performance management for sale staff

Managing cooperate insurance including medical insurance

Monitoring personal files while keeping custody of same

Gathering training requirements and plan training for organizational needs

Required Qualifications

Should have completed Diploma or Certificate in HRM from a recognized institute

Computer Typing skills in both Sinhala and English

Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English
