The candidate should :
Be an Attorney –at-Law with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Preferably be an LLB holder from a recognized university
Possess an LLM from a recognized university which would be an added advantage
Possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English/Sinhala
Be able to work with minimum supervision
