Required Skills

5+years legal experience in Real Estate Field and senior senior managing attorney

Proven ability to inspire and lead attorneys and business counterparts

Ability to proactively anticipate business need and collaborate across

Organizational boundaries to develop and execute innovative solutions to complex problems

Experience managing litigation and dispute resolution in the field

Excellent judgment and unquestionable ethics

Excellent oral and written English communication skills

Organizational savvy and strong interpersonal and influencing skills

Ability to manage diverse and complex workloads with competing priorities

An inclusive and caring leader, eager to listen and learn and focused on development

Experience with contract agreements, real estate works, intellectual property preferred
Ability to meet tight deadlines
