Nirmala Restaurant (PVT) Ltd at Wadduwa is open for restaurant banquest hall and luxury rooms.
We are now looking for talent with unique personalities and sense of character with passion for hospitality.
The below mentioned vacancies are open at our hotel.

Marketing Manager
The candidate should be

Applicant should be bellow 45 years with good PR and excellent sales skill.
Degree or relevant qualifications from a recognized hotel training institute or relevant experience in similar capacity
5 Years sales experience in the same field
Good interpersonal skills
Demonstrate ability to work independently and with diverse group of people

Should be Excellent, approachable, reliable, effective and efficient
Fluency in English and computer literacy is essential & should be a good team player.

Sous Chef
The candidate should be

Knowledge of budgeting, costing, revenue management and human resource management
An energetic and outgoing person with excellent administration and leadership skills
Sound knowledge in different cuisine, cooking  styles and techniques in quality foods production.
He should be have an excellent communication in English and sound knowledge about IT
Minimum 10 year experience in handling kitchen operation in a luxury hotel in Sri Lanka in similar position.
Age below 40 years
Ensuring you and the team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules if health and safety
