Job Description

Handling Correspondence, updating and maintain files

Preparations of title reports

Provide day to day secretarial and administrative support

Schedule meetings and maintain minutes of meetings

Sound knowledge of English letter drafting

Should be fully conversant in MS word, excel, power, point, email, internet etc

Work attributes and Qualifications

GCE A/L qualified

Excellent command in English

Age between 25-35

Very good inter – personal and leadership skills

Pleasant, Self-confident and Outgoing personality

Preferably with qualifications in secretarial practice and experience in a similar capacity

Would be an advantage

Ability to work independently with positive attitude to work
