Training Manager
We are looking for an efficient and dynamic individual for the above position with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in similar capacity and preferably with exposure sales operations.

The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a very good command of English and Sinhala or Tamil.He/She should be able to work in the field to provide on the job training to sales staff full or part time as required.Qualification in the field of Human Resources specializing in Training & Development or previous experience in delivering training programs is mandatory,whilst a full or a part qualification in marketing will be an added advantage.

The remuneration package is negotiable inclusive of a health insurance schemes and other fringe benefits plus a company maintained car.
