We are a leading apparel manufacturer specialized in ladies’ and Children’s wear, established in 1988 catering to USA and UK markets. The Group consists with 5 factories with workforce nearly 5000.
We invite dynamic, energetic and self motivated individuals with exceptional skills to join our katupotha factory (Kurunegala District) for following vacancies.

1.Work study Manager

•Should posses degree or diploma from recognized university or institution (CITI/SLITA/IMS)

•Thorough knowledge in garments construction,line balancing,method improvements,Work study techniques,layout costing,calculating SMV,product layouts,process layout etc.

•Capable to handle 500 machines capacity


2.Work Study executive/In Charge

•Should posses diploma or certificate from recognize university or institution (SLITA/IMS)

•Thorough knowledge in garments construction,line balancing,method improvements,Work study techniques,layout costing,calculating SMV,product layouts,process layout etc.

•Should be computer literate.


3.Human Resources executive

•Should posses degree or  diploma in HRM from recognized institution.

•Strong Interpersonal skills and presentation skills will be required.

•Thorough knowledge of local labour laws and vendor compliance requirements.

•Experience in payroll, requirement would be an added advantage.


4.Quality executives/Supervisors

•Should be conversant with all aspects of garments construction both woven and Knits with AQL standards and have thorough knowledge of the entire Quality process of fabric/pattern to finished garments.

•Ability to initiate and develop procedures to improve quality products.


5.Technical In-Charge/Garments Technician

•Should posses the ability in the line feeding technically competent and hands on experience in solving issues in manufacturing process.


6.Cutting Supervisor

For all the above vacancies,
Experience in similar capacity attached to garment factory with at least 2 years experience in handling ladies dresses and children’s wear will be an added advantage.
