Job Profile
Studying and analyzing the files refered to Legal Department and advising the Management on appropriate causes of action
Drafting of court documents including Plaints, Answers etc.
Marking appearances before Courts and Labour Tribunals
Providing Legal advice to Senior Management and other divisions
Liaising  with Counsels / relevant authorities with regard to company related matters
Negotiating and fostering settlements

Professional Profile
Be below 40 years of age
Having a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in the Financial Sector or in a Reputed Legal Firm will be added advantage
Have a good command of English & Sinhala languages and be computer literate
Possess a high level of interpersonal skills
Be a self – starter who can work with minimum supervision
